We'd love to hear from you. CitationFinder MD is a small independent project, and most improvements come from people writing in with corrections, suggestions, or questions.
We try to respond within a few business days. We're a small operation, so urgent issues with your citation are better handled by calling the issuing agency directly.
What to write about
- A broken link or wrong payment URL — tell us the agency name and what you found. We'll verify and update.
- A missing agency — if your Maryland jurisdiction issues citations but isn't in our directory, we want to add it.
- A confusing answer — if our FAQ or help sections didn't clarify something, let us know. Vague answers are bugs.
- A feature suggestion — what would make this site more useful for you?
- You're a Maryland agency — please reach out if you want corrections to your listing, or if you'd like to share a more direct payment link with us.
What we can't do
- Process payments — we never accept money. To pay a citation, use the official link we show on the results page.
- Look up your specific citation — we don't have access to any agency's database. Use the link on the results page or call the agency directly.
- Give legal advice — we can point you at the right form or court process, but specific questions about your case should go to a licensed Maryland attorney.
- Help you contest a citation — we explain the general process in the help sections, but we can't represent you or submit anything on your behalf.
