How it works
This service is for officer-issued tickets only. Camera, parking, and toll citations need to be handled directly with the issuing agency.
- Download the form. Get the latest official form directly from Maryland Courts:
- Fill it out and sign it. Open the form in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free). Fill in the interactive form fields. To sign, click Fill & Sign in the right panel, then Sign yourself → Add Signature — this embeds your signature into the document. Don't use the drawing/comment tool, which doesn't save properly. Save the completed PDF to your device.
- Upload it below. Drop the completed file in the upload area below.
- Click Mail my Form — $7. We'll send you to Stripe for secure checkout.
- We mail it. Within 1 business day, we'll mail your form via first-class postage to the Maryland District Court Traffic Processing Center or to the specific Circuit Court where your case is filed. You'll get an email confirmation with an order ID for tracking.

Important things to know
- You must fill out and sign the form yourself. We don't prepare forms or give legal advice. We're only a mail service that delivers your completed paperwork to the court.
- Court acceptance of electronic signatures isn't guaranteed for this form. Maryland law generally accepts electronic signatures, but the Traffic Processing Center's practice for DR-049O specifically isn't publicly confirmed. If the court rejects an electronically signed submission, you'll need to resubmit with a wet-ink signature.
- Mailing is first-class postage, no tracking. The court doesn't require certified mail. If you want a delivery confirmation, mail the form yourself with certified service.
- Don't wait to the deadline. Allow at least 7 business days from when you upload to when the court receives your form. Our $7 is for the mailing service, not for any guarantee of timely delivery.
- Refunds. If we haven't mailed your form yet, we'll refund in full. Once mailed, no refund — the work is complete on our end.
